Refunds, transfers and our promise
Attend live, and if it isn't worth what you paid, say so and we refund you in full. Come to the session on 12 September. If by the end of that day you don't believe it was worth the ticket price, email us by the end of the next business day — Monday 14 September 2026 — and we will refund you in full. One email. We won't ask you to fill in a form or justify it.
Changing your mind before the event. Up to 29 August 2026, ask and we refund you in full, no reason needed. From 30 August onwards the seat is held and faculty time is committed, so we can't refund at that point — but we will move you to the next TrueMD virtual intensive, or give you the replay package instead. Your choice, and you keep the value either way.
Replay. Replay access is included for 30 days after the event, so a clinic day that overruns doesn't cost you the session.
How to ask. Email athena@truemd.institute with the name you registered under. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 business days.
