These terms apply to truemd.institute and to registering for TrueMD Institute events through it. Using the site means you accept them.

Education, not medical advice

Everything TrueMD Institute publishes and teaches is professional education for clinicians about building and operating a practice. It is not medical advice, not clinical direction for any individual patient, and not a substitute for your own clinical judgement or your obligations to your patients. You remain solely responsible for the care you provide.

Business outcomes

Anything we say about revenue, growth or time saved describes what the frameworks are designed to do and what other practices have experienced. It is not a promise of a result in your practice. Your outcome depends on your market, your specialty, your pricing and what you actually implement. The calculator on this site is an estimate built from the figures you enter, and it shows its own arithmetic so you can check it.

Registration and tickets

Registering reserves a place; it does not create an obligation on us to run an event on a particular date if circumstances make that impossible, in which case we will offer a replacement date or return what you paid.

Refunds, transfers and our promise

Attend live, and if it isn't worth what you paid, say so and we refund you in full. Come to the session on 19 September. If by the end of that day you don't believe it was worth the ticket price, email us by the end of the next business day — Monday 22 September 2026 — and we will refund you in full. One email. We won't ask you to fill in a form or justify it.

Changing your mind before the event. Up to 5 September 2026, ask and we refund you in full, no reason needed. From 6 September onwards the seat is held and faculty time is committed, so we can't refund at that point — but we will move you to the next TrueMD virtual intensive, or give you the replay package instead. Your choice, and you keep the value either way.

Replay. Replay access is included for 30 days after the event, so a clinic day that overruns doesn't cost you the session.

How to ask. Email athena@truemd.institute with the name you registered under. Refunds are returned to the card you paid with, normally within 5–10 business days.

Ticket price and what is included are shown at checkout before any payment is taken.

Seats are limited, and we may close registration once the room is full. Places are personal to the registered attendee unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Event materials

Course materials, workbooks, templates, recordings and frameworks provided at a TrueMD Institute event are ours and are licensed to you for use inside your own practice. You may not resell, republish, or teach them as your own programme, and you may not record or redistribute a live session.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to this site, and don't submit other people's details to our forms without their knowledge.

Changes

We may update these terms as the programme changes. The version on this page at the time you register is the one that applies to that registration.
